About orders
- Membership registration is required to order products.
- Due to system limitations, payment by credit card or other means will be processed at the time of ordering .
- Similarly, for pre-order items, payment will be made at the time of ordering .
- We strictly prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 20.
About payment methods
- Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, AMEX, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please transfer to the account below.

About delivery notes and receipts

- For environmental reasons, we do not include printed invoices with our products.
- You can check the details of your order in the confirmation email we send you after you place your order, or you can print it out from your purchase history after logging in to our website, so please feel free to use this as needed.

- If you need a receipt, please log in to this site and issue one from your purchase history.
- Please note that in this case, the document will not be subject to the affixing of a stamp under the Stamp Tax Act.
About shipping fees
① Room temperature shipping fee (tax included, per package)

*Products that require refrigeration, such as unpasteurized sake, will be delivered by refrigerated delivery. Products that do not require refrigeration will usually be delivered at room temperature. If you would like your product delivered by refrigerated delivery, please select "refrigerated delivery" as your product when purchasing.
3. Free shipping service
Free shipping for one package for orders over 13,000 yen (tax included). However, Okinawa and remote islands are excluded. Also, refrigerated shipping fees are excluded.
④Other
- Due to system limitations, the shipping fee calculated upon completing your order will be equivalent to one package. If you wish to order two or more packages, we will change the shipping fee and send you an email requesting additional payment for the shipping fee and any additional charges. Please confirm this before making payment.

About packaging
- The maximum number of bottles per package is 6 for 1.8L (1.8L bottle of sake), 12 for 720ml (4-go bottle of sake), and 6 for a mix of 1.8L and 720ml.
- Please note that the maximum number of items that can be shipped in one package may be reduced depending on the special product or the specifications of the accompanying packaging.
- Please note that, from an environmental perspective, we reuse packaging boxes, such as those used by manufacturers when delivering products, whenever possible .
About delivery
- Your order will be closed at 12:00 noon on the business day following the day your payment is completed or your payment is confirmed, and if there are no shortages of products or other special circumstances, your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 days of the closing date. (However, if the closing date is a Sunday, public holiday, or Wednesday, which is our store's regular holiday, your order will be shipped within 2-3 days of the next business day.)
- Delivery to customers will take 1 to 3 days from the shipping date, depending on the region.
- Please note that delays may occur regardless of the above, such as in bad weather.
- Since product inventory is shared with stores, depending on the timing of sales between the online store and the physical store, there is a possibility that an item may be out of stock even if it is in stock on the online site.
- If there are any confirmations or adjustments to be made regarding your order (※1), we will contact you by email (※2) and ship your order after the details have been confirmed.

Returns and Exchanges
- Once your order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reason whatsoever.
- We will only accept cancellations, returns, and exchanges in the following cases, so please be sure to contact us before returning the item.
(Subject to cancellation)
- We accept cancellations of orders up until the time of shipment. In this case, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, but we may deduct the transaction fee (approximately 4%) paid to the credit card company.
- Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
(If the delivered product is eligible for return or exchange)
- If the delivered product is different from the product you ordered
- If the delivered product is significantly soiled or damaged
- If excessive deterioration is found in the quality of the delivered product
If this applies to you, please return the product to us within 8 days of receiving it, with postage prepaid.

- If more than 8 days have passed since the approval was received
- In the case of dents or dirt on the outer box, condensation, or label damage (rubbing) caused by putting the product in or taking it out, etc., this is within the range of events that can be expected during packaging and delivery.
- If more than half of the product has been consumed or discarded
Regarding returns due to long-term absence, etc.
- If the product is returned after it has been shipped due to a long absence (generally about a week) due to customer convenience, an unknown delivery address, or refusal to accept the product, we will cancel the order.
- In this case, we will refund the amount minus the payment fee (generally around 4%) and shipping costs, including the cost of returning the item.
About packaging and gift wrapping
For someone who has helped you, for a special occasion for a loved one, or as a mid-year or year-end gift.
- Packaging fee: 330 yen (tax included)
- Gift box* (720ml, 1800ml, for 1 bottle and 2 bottles) 220 yen
* In the case of products without a gift box, etc.
- Noshi wrapping fee* 110 yen
*If used with packaging, it will be an inner gift tag.
- Carrying bag (for 1 or 2 bottles) 110 yen
