Gin_Made in Japan/AKAYANE Juniper Berry

This craft gin is unique to Akayane Distillery, using sweet potato shochu as the base spirit, made using techniques that have been handed down for over 100 years, and finished in an indirectly heated still, the same type used for making grappa.
This product has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of berries and the blue stems of plants, and a luxurious taste that allows you to enjoy only juniper berries, the central flavor of gin.
It's good straight, mixed with lime or tonic water, but we also recommend "hot gin" made by mixing your preferred amount of gin and hot water. Adding a pinch of rock salt, lime peel, and finely chopped rosemary makes it even more authentic.
