In 2020, his love of gin led him to open "SiCX Tokyo," one of Tokyo's largest specialty stores offering over 100 types of craft gin, in Ikejiri-Ohashi. Later, in 2022, driven by his desire to create a delicious, healthy gin that is gentle on the body amid the COVID-19 pandemic, he opened a distillery in Higashiyama, Kyoto. This lemon-flavored gin was created with the desire to bring the body closer to alkaline, and is a delight for the body.
