Domestic Gin / YUZU GIN

This gin was created by a brewery using the distillation techniques it has cultivated for its shochu. It won the Gold Medal in the Spirits category at the 2022 Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition (TWSC).
This product is a new type of "Japanese gin" made using authentic sweet potato shochu.
The product name is a play on the word "YUZU" which refers to Kyoya Sake Brewery's terroir, "Aburatsu," and "GIN" (pronounced "gin" in Japanese) which means "created after careful consideration."
