This sake is made using a brewing method called "kijoshujikomi," which uses sake as part of the brewing process, and is a three-year aged version of the kijoshu named "Kijo Nenpu." The sake used in the brewing process is the kijoshu brewed previously, making it a special sake that continues the life of the sake.
After aging, it turns amber in color and develops a rich, mellow sweetness, moderate acidity, and a clean aftertaste.
