Domestic Whisky / Ikawa Distillery Single Malt Dessin Series Fiora (Dessin Series Flora) 2024

Ikawa Distillery is a new distillery that opened in November 2020 at an altitude of 1,200m in the Ikawa Forest, deep in the mountains of Shizuoka Prefecture, where spring water from the Southern Alps is found and Mizunara oak trees grow naturally.
This commemorative first release includes malts brewed shortly after the distillery was founded, and is made exclusively from non-peated bourbon barrel malts, the key malt of the Ikawa Distillery, resulting in a whiskey with a clean, sweet, and elegant taste.
The sweetness is typical of Ikawa Distillery, followed by a subtle lingering aroma and bitterness that leaves a strong impression.
