This liqueur combines juice, primarily from blood oranges, with plum wine and sake made with Amabuki Shuzo's specialty "flower yeast." Bathed in the brilliant rays of the sun, the blood oranges reflect the bright red of the sun in their flesh, and you can enjoy a rich, ripe flavor, a rich sweet and sour taste, an alluring aroma that smolders at the senses, and a slightly bitter yet pleasurable aftertaste.

Producer/Brewery ( Saga Prefecture/Amabuki Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded during the Genroku period (1688-1704) in Miyaki Town, Saga Prefecture. Their signature brand is "Amabuki." They brew sake using sake rice harvested in the Saga Plain, underground water from the Sefuri mountain range, and flower yeast.
