This specially aged plum wine is made using only carefully selected large, indigenous "Joshu Shiro" plums from the Aoya Plum Grove in Joyo City, Kyoto Prefecture, and has been carefully aged for over three years. This limited edition plum wine is a blend of this plum wine and Uji matcha, a specialty of the Yamashiro region. It is recommended for a wide range of occasions, whether on the rocks, straight, with soda, or mixed with hot water.

Producer/Brewery ( Kyoto Prefecture / Joyo Sake Brewery (Aoya Plum) )

This brewery was founded in 1895 in Joyo City, Kyoto Prefecture. Blessed with abundant groundwater in the Yamashiro region in southern Kyoto Prefecture, the brewery produces high-quality sake using sake-making techniques nurtured over time and new initiatives and challenges. In addition, the brewery produces liqueurs (long-aged plum wine) and plum-related products made with the rare "Joshuhaku" plums grown in the local Aoya Plum Grove.
