Producer/Brewery ( Fukuoka Prefecture / Kobayashi Sake Brewery Main Store (Bandai) )

Founded in 1792 (Kansei 4), this brewery is located in Umi Town, Fukuoka Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Bandai." It uses locally grown Fukuoka rice varieties such as "Yamada Nishiki" and "Yume Ikken," and is brewed with water from the Yamagori mountain range, with a focus on local Fukuoka flavors.
