Producer/Brewery ( Nagasaki Prefecture/Ikinokura Brewery )

Founded in 1984, this shochu brewery is located in Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Its signature brand is "Ikinoshima, Ikinoko." Since the Liquor Tax Act was enacted in 1899, 55 shochu breweries have been established in Iki. After subsequent consolidations and mergers, seven breweries currently produce shochu. This brewery is one of these, and after six breweries came together in 1984 to form the Iki Shochu Cooperative Association, the company changed its name to "Ikinokura Shuzo" ​​in 2010, where it remains to this day.
