Producer/Brewery ( Nagasaki Prefecture (Iki) / Sarukawa Izu Brewery )

Founded in 1903, this brewery is located in Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Using water from the clear waters of the Sarukawa River that flows through the brewery and barley in a Sarukawa-type still (Salcoe-type still) that utilizes the brewery's unique distillation know-how, the brewery produces its traditional Sarukawa (Salcoe) Shochu.
