Producer/Brewery ( Oita Prefecture / Aso Main Store (Fujiko Aso) )

Founded in 1868, this sake and shochu brewery is located in Shonai-cho, Yufu City, Oita Prefecture, about 30 minutes by car from the hot spring resort of Yufuin. It is a small brewery in a naturally rich area surrounded by mountains and a river flowing in front of it. They make sake by taking advantage of the "goodness of handmade" by hand.
