Made with black koji and distilled at atmospheric pressure, the new liquor is immediately bottled. This rich, rich-tasting potato shochu is available only in autumn.
Potato shochu is usually stored and aged in tanks for at least six months after distillation to refine the flavor before being released into the market, but this shochu is bottled immediately after distillation without filtration, locking in the raw yet vivid potato flavor of the freshly made product. Careful attention is paid to the distillation method and brewing temperature, making it a flavor that is perfect for connoisseurs, with every effort made to achieve a rich flavor.

*This flavor is not suitable for those drinking sweet potato shochu for the first time.
