原料芋に「コナイシン」「みちしずく」「ジョイホワイト」の3種を使用した芋焼酎です。「コナイシン」は、芋の大敵_サツマイモ基腐病（もとぐされびょう）に強い抵抗力を持ち、また独特の個性を持つことから、近年焼酎蔵の間で注目が集まっている品種。この「コナイシン」由来の洗練されたキレとすっきりとした上品な口当たりに「みちしずく」由来の芳醇でふくよかなコクと甘みと「ジョイホワイト」由来のフルーティーな香りと淡麗さが融合。単一の芋では成し得なかった重層的な旨味が凝縮しています。

ロック・水割り・炭酸割り、お湯割り等、幅広い飲み方で楽しめ、温度によって原料芋由来の個性の引き立ち方が変わります。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture / Furusawa Brewery (Yaezakura) )

Founded in 1892 (Meiji 25), this shochu brewery is located in Nichinan City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Yaezakura." A small, family-run brewery, it has the only earthen-walled brewery in Kagoshima Prefecture, and produces authentic shochu that is rooted in the climate and soil, with a focus on handcrafting. One of its flagship brands, "Yaezakura," has won awards at the Kumamoto Regional Taxation Bureau Liquor Appraisal Competition for 12 consecutive years.
