南九州地方で「疲れを癒す」の意を持つ"ダレヤメの酒"をコンセプトに「声を出さずににっこりとほほえむ様子」を意味する「莞爾（かんじ）」と命名された、昔ながらの手造りにこだわった常圧蒸留の芋焼酎です。特にお湯割りがおすすめで、栗のような香りが楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture / Marunishi Sake Brewery (Yuuhara Yumenaka) )

This shochu brewery was founded in 1916 in Shibushi City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Futsuhara." They continue to preserve the tradition of handcrafted shochu using the same earthenware jars used at the time of their founding and the yeast that is in-house.
