鹿児島産「黄金千貫」を使用、河内菌E型白麹（エクセレント菌）と鹿児島香り酵母1号で醸し、常圧で蒸留した芋焼酎です。
香り酵母ならではの華やかで甘い芋の香り、口に含むと優しく芳醇な芋の甘みを感じ、長い余韻を楽しめます。
