Spirits_Made in Japan/AKAYANE Cardamom Spirits

This craft spirit is unique to Akayane Distillery, using sweet potato shochu as the base spirit, made using techniques that have been handed down for over 100 years, and finished in an indirectly heated still, the same type used for making grappa.

This product uses cardamom, long known as the "Queen of Spices." It has a refreshing, gentle fragrance with a hint of citrus sweetness, creating a slightly exotic and rich aroma.
