Spirits_Made in Japan/AKAYANE Mandarin Spirits

This craft spirit is unique to Akayane Distillery, using sweet potato shochu as the base spirit, made using techniques that have been handed down for over 100 years, and finished in an indirectly heated still, the same type used for making grappa.

This product uses mandarins (Unshu mandarins), which are said to have originated in Kagoshima Prefecture. It has a refreshing citrus aroma and a juicy, rich sweetness and acidity.
