A classic sake for warming. This is a pure rice sake made with the kimoto method and aged for over five years. It has a deep flavor and the aroma, richness, and acidity that are unique to the kimoto method. Aging makes it more mellow and the acidity rounded and mild. It is especially recommended to drink it at room temperature or hot.
