Kijoshu is a type of sake brewed using sake instead of brewing water. This product is an extremely sweet, low-alcohol Kijoshu made with a generous amount of Takijiman Junmai Daiginjo Takumi 35, which has been slowly aged at low temperatures.
The luxurious brewing process, in which sake is brewed with sake, creates an elegant, honey-like sweetness. The aftertaste is smooth and light, making it easy to drink, as is typical of Taki.
