This cask is a commemorative cask that was aged in the year that legendary Master Distiller Dennis Malcolm, one of the longest-serving whisky makers in Scotland, returned to Glen Grant Distillery.

Fragrance: Fresh herbal scent of hay and eucalyptus. An explosion of sweet and sour green apple peel, orange, and hassaku citrus. Floral notes of orchid and wintersweet. Milk soap. Honey.
Taste: Smooth and thick texture. Creamy flavors of French toast and butter cookies. Refreshing honey lemon tea, apple juice, and jasmine. Spices of cinnamon and clove.
Finish: Rich aromas of baked apples and rum raisins. The umami of peanut cream, candy, and brown sugar. The lightness of apricot and citrus. Wrapped in the mellow sweetness of vanilla and milk pudding.
