Sanchez Romate is a sherry and brandy manufacturer located in the center of Jerez de la Frontera, next to the famous Sandemans. Founded in 1781, they produced their first brandy solera in 1887. Backed by their long history, they continue to produce their products using traditional methods to this day.
As the name "Abducted" suggests, this blended malt whisky was produced in Scotland and brought to Jerez, Spain, where it was aged in three types of sherry casks (Oloroso, Amontillado and Pedro Ximenez) using the solera system.
This rare whiskey was created by Spain's Sánchez Romate using their brandy aging know-how, and has a spicy touch and an elegant finish.
