Speyside Whisky / Allt a Bhainne for Campbelltown Loch by The Whisky Find (Alt a Bhainne "Campbelltown Loch x Whisky Find" John Int Bottle) 14 Year Old 2010 [Official Import]

This is the third installment of the joint bottle series, which began releasing in 2024, and is a collaboration between Campbeltown Loch, a malt bar mecca in Tokyo's Yurakucho district, and Whisky Find, an up-and-coming Taiwanese bottler established in 2014.
This product is a single malt made from malt distilled in 2014 at the Altavane Distillery in Speyside and aged for 14 years.
The Altavene Distillery (now owned by Pernod Ricard) was opened in 1975 by the Canadian company Seagram (Chivas Brothers). Most of the raw liquor is used for blending "100 Pipers" (sold mainly in Asia, including Thailand), and it is said that only a very small amount is sold as a single malt, making it a valuable product.

(Tasting notes)
Aroma: White flowers, lemon ginger, herbs. Taste: Barley sugar, koji, white pepper, marzipan. Finish: Dry, sharp menthol and herbs.
