This Christmas Edition 2023 Big Peat is a blend of four Islay malts (Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila, and Port Ellen) and finished in sherry casks. It is bottled at cask strength without added water and non-chill filtered.
Hints of dried fruit, cocoa and spiced oak gradually develop into candied fruit peel, Hebridean sea breeze, peaty barley and the distinct smoke of Big Peat.
