This single malt whisky was distilled in 2014 at Edradour Distillery in the Highlands and aged for 10 years in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks (butts). It is non-chill filtered and non-coloured.

Edradour Distillery is a small distillery in the southern Highlands that was founded in 1825 and is now owned by Signatory Vintage Ltd. It primarily produces non-peated whiskeys, but also produces heavily peated whiskeys under the brand name "Ballechen".
