Domestic Whisky / Gaia Flow Single Malt Japanese Whisky Shizuoka United S

"United S" is a staple item of Shizuoka's single malt whiskey. The "S Series" is a single malt whiskey blended with two types of whiskey, K and W, that are characteristic of Shizuoka Distillery.
The first distillation/stillation unit "W" is a type that uses firewood made from thinned wood from Oxizu and distills over a powerful direct flame that reaches temperatures of up to 800°C. The first distillation/stillation unit "K" is a type made in Japan that was moved from a historic distillery. The first distillation liquid produced in the first distillation/stillation units "W" and "K" is sent to the latest second distillation unit "S", where it is distilled a second time in a pot still with a plate heater system.
This second distillation is then bottled and aged in casks without any mixing. After more than three years, it finally becomes whiskey, which is then blended with other spirits with different characteristics to produce the final product.
