Gordon & MacPhail, the oldest bottler in the world, was founded in 1895 and manages the maturation process itself, filling its own barrels with distilled raw spirits, aging them at each distillery, and bottling them in its own warehouses.
This undiluted Cask Strength single malt from G&M's signature Connoisseur's Choice series was distilled in 2002 at Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland's northernmost distillery, and aged for 16 years in refill sherry casks.

Nose: Freshly cut grass leads to rich dark chocolate and a hint of ginger, with a hint of toffee evolving into caramelized orange peel and a hint of lime zest.
Taste: Sweet golden syrup blends with grapefruit peel and cocoa powder. Hints of vanilla transform into mixed nuts and a hint of chili spice.
Finish: A delicate finish with a hint of anise that lingers.
