A new Japanese-style pot still whiskey. Barley and malt are used as raw materials for the mashing and fermentation process at the Hioki Distillery, and the malt is carefully brewed in a pot still. The malt is then aged in new American white oak barrels and bourbon barrels at the Kanosuke Distillery's maturation warehouse.
