"Kanosuke HIOKI POT STILL 2024 LIMITED EDITION" is a limited edition spin-off of the classic "Kanosuke HIOKI POT STILL." This Japanese-style pot still whiskey is made using a unique method at the Hioki Distillery and aged in the Kanosuke Distillery's maturation warehouse. It's a blend of whiskeys aged in new American white oak barrels, bourbon barrels, and recharred shochu barrels. The flavor harmonizes aromas of crème brûlée and fresh oak with the sweet and bitter notes of vanilla and caramel sauce.
