Whiskey&Co., the manufacturer of this whiskey, was established in January 2021 in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, and is a company that produces and sells craft spirits and provides brand consulting, mainly for alcoholic beverages. Advocating the "Japanese 'Bourbon Whiskey' Style," the company focuses on the production and sale of craft spirits, particularly bourbon-style whiskey, and is working to revitalize local areas by expanding urban microdistilleries (small-scale distilleries) nationwide.
"Little K" is the first whiskey brand released by Distillery Water Dragon, a distillery in Mishima, Shizuoka Prefecture, aged less than two years. While the American definition of "straight bourbon" is a whiskey aged for at least two years in new white oak barrels, the distillery has chosen to release it under the name "Little K" rather than the commonly used Japanese term "new born," in order to convey the appeal of the precocious stage that they discovered while specializing in the production and aging of this style under the banner of the Japanese "Bourbon Whiskey" style.

Aroma: Caramel, vanilla, oak, strawberry jam, caramel, grilled pineapple, mangosteen. Taste: Mellow, moderately astringent, sweet, with a slight spiciness due to its young age.
