Domestic Whisky / OHTANI WHISKY Niigata Kameda Zodiac Sign Series "Pisces"

This is the first release of a single malt whisky made using 100% malt spirits from Niigata Small-Scale Distillery Co., Ltd./Niigata Kameda Distillery, which was established in 2019.
This whisky is based on aged whisky from first-fill bourbon barrels, with accents from multiple casks, including sherry casks. In addition to the characteristic sweetness of first-fill bourbon casks, it has a subtle aroma of ripe fruit and a hint of acidity, and the characteristic Niigata Kameda Distillery's characteristic long, gentle, and ever-changing aftertaste can be enjoyed.
