Blair Atholl Distillery, founded in the Southern Highlands in 1798 and located in a location famously visited by Natsume Soseki during his time studying in London, primarily produces malt for Johnnie Walker, and official bottle production is rare and valuable. This product is a single cask distilled in 2011 and aged for 10 years. It is non-chilled and non-colored.

Aroma: A rich, creamy aroma that gradually changes to grist, brown sugar, and candied peel.
Taste: Milky cereal transitions to dried fruit, spiced oak, and stewed apple. Finish: Hints of caramel and butterscotch, with a lingering creamy custard finish.
