Founded in 1918, SAKURAO DISTILLERY was newly established in 2017 in Sakurao, Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, across from the World Heritage Site, Miyajima.
This product is a blend of the best sherry casks selected by Stillman from Sakurao Distillery and aged in two types of cream sherry casks. It has a soft top note and a deep, long finish.
(Tasting notes) Color: Deep amber with a deep reddish tint / Aroma: Raisin and cocoa aromas gently rise / Taste: Fruity flavors reminiscent of dark cherry and orange harmonize with a subtle peat aroma / Finish: A deep aftertaste of bitter sweetness and woody aromas
