Domestic Whisky / Shindo Distillery SHINDO EXPERIMENTAL 01 (Experimental 01)

Shindo Distillery (Shinozaki Co., Ltd.), located in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, began operations in August 2021, building on 200 years of tradition in sake and other alcoholic beverages. The distillery continues to take on unique challenges, aiming to create original products that will set the standard for the future, such as thoroughly crafting new whiskies using its own yeast and aging them in a variety of barrels. In 2025, the distillery will release its first single malt, "SHINDO EXPERIMENTAL 01," a name that translates to "experimental."

The top notes are vibrant and tropical fruity, followed by an oriental, sweet buttercream-like scent, and the last notes are toffee and milky, leaving a long, lingering finish.
