Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Series #31. This collection features malt from Bunnahabhain Distillery on Islay, bottled at British 100 Proof (57.1% Alc.). This single malt was distilled in 2016 and then aged for eight years in first- and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. It is non-chill filtered and non-colored.

Bunnahabhain Distillery is a distillery that is basically non-peated, with a subdued smokiness, and a subtle iodine aroma and peaty flavor that makes it accessible to everyone, making it a good introduction to Islay. Despite being an Islay malt, Bunnahabhain's greatest feature is its gentle mouthfeel and ease of drinking.
