Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 and is a leading single cask bottling company.
The "CASK STRENGTH COLLECTION" is bottled directly from the casks in which it was aged without adding water.
This product is a 21-year-old whisky made from malt from the Speyside/BenRiach distillery, distilled in 2000, initially matured in refill casks and then matured and finished for 12 months in new sherry casks. It is non-coloured.
BenRiach Distillery was founded in 1898, closed, and reopened in 1966. It primarily produced raw spirits for Chivas blends, but later released its own single malts under the name BenRiach Distillery. It has won awards in numerous whisky magazines and established a global reputation. It is also known for having long been producing peated raw spirits, a rarity for a distillery in Speyside.
