Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 and is a leading single cask bottling company.
The "CASK STRENGTH COLLECTION" is bottled directly from the casks in which it was aged without adding water.
This product is a non-coloured whisky made from malt from the Speyside/Braval distillery, distilled in 2000, and aged for 21 years in first-fill sherry casks.
Braeval Distillery is relatively new, having been founded by Seagram in 1973 as Blades of Glenlivet Distillery. It was later renamed Braeval after acquiring Glenlivet. In 2000, it became part of Pernod Ricard.
