This collection features malt from Bunnahabhain Distillery on Islay, bottled in an anti-chill filtered process without chill filtration. Bunnahabhain primarily uses non-peated malt, making it the lightest Islay malt, but this product, made with heavily peated malt, has a distinct Islay malt flavor. It was distilled in 2011 and aged for nine years.
