It is made from malt from Craigellachie Distillery in Speyside, distilled in 2012, and aged for 11 years in first-fill sherry casks (butts). It is non-colored and non-chill-filtered.
Craigellachie Distillery is located in the heart of Speyside and was founded in 1891. By continuing to preserve traditional methods, its single malts, with their rich flavors, are loved by whisky lovers around the world. However, they mainly produce malts for Dewar's, and official bottles are rare and valuable.
