Signatory Vintage was founded in 1988 and is a leading single cask bottling company.
This product is part of the Cask Strength Collection, which is bottled directly from the casks in which it was aged without adding water, and is a limited edition series newly released in 2023, bottling rare casks selected by owner Andrew Symington. It is a whisky made from malt from Edradour Distillery in the Highlands, distilled in 2000, and aged for 23 years in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks.
