The Cask Strength Collection is bottled directly from the casks in which it was aged, without adding water. This product is a whiskey made from malt from the Isle of Jura distillery, distilled in 1992, and aged for 27 years in bourbon casks.
Jura Distillery is the only distillery on the small island of Jura next to Islay. Unlike Islay malt, its smoky flavor derived from the peat is milder, and it is characterized by a relatively sweet, light, and easy-to-appreciate flavor.
