Whisky Find is an up-and-coming Taiwanese bottler founded in 2014.
This product is a single malt whisky distilled in 2010 at Ben Nevis Distillery (owned by Asahi Group) in the West Highlands, and aged for 14 years in bourbon barrels.
Bright aromas of fresh flowers and white peach are layered with salted butter, gradually evolving into a rich, waxy mouthfeel. Ripe fruit flavors fill the mouth, followed by a juicy, syrupy sweetness on the finish. This mature and confident profile invites you to savor each sip, discovering its enduring elegance with every sip.
Ben Nevis Distillery was founded in 1825. It has had a turbulent history, but its acquisition by Japan's Nikka Group (Asahi Group) in 1989 stabilized the business and marked the beginning of a revival that continues to this day. It is one of the few distilleries that still uses beer yeast in the fermentation process. This unique method produces a rich, fruity, and full-bodied flavor.
