Dornoch Distillery, owned by Thompson Brothers, is a new distillery established in the Highlands in 2016. It combines traditional and modern techniques to create new whiskies, and has been highly praised in recent years.
This "Blended Malt TB/BSW" is a classic blended whiskey. It is a blend of unpeated malt spirits from the Highlands aged in sherry casks for over six years, and a small amount of grain spirits.
Recommended for those who love the flavor of sherry cask aging and old-style whiskey. Reasonably priced too!
