Whisky Find is an up-and-coming Taiwanese bottler established in 2014. To further explore the potential of Craigellachie, they have created three different peated styles of Craigellachie by finishing 7-8 year old Speyside Craigellachie malt whisky in three different peated casks: Isle of Mull (Ledaig), Islay (Caol Ila), and Highland Peated (Ben Nevis).
This "Bad Boy #2" was aged for 18 months in ex-Caol Ila sherry hogsheads (casks previously used for aging at the Caol Ila distillery), and the lingering smoky, meaty notes, sweet stewed fruit, and the delicate, gentle Islay sea breeze greatly enhanced its complexity and flavor.
