Under the direction of Akita's master brewer, Toshio Terui, one of the top five master brewers in Japan, the brewery's passionate staff brews sake using the Akita-style cold brewing method, which combines the finest techniques with long-term, low-temperature fermentation. Brewed exclusively with local rice from Akita, a rice-growing region, this sake is characterized by its vibrant aroma and mellow flavor, which creates a timeless taste.
