Pressed in the bitter cold of winter, it is aged in the freezing-temperature warehouse until midsummer. It is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo (50% polished rice) and Junmai Ginjo (55% polished rice). When served chilled, it offers an elegant aroma, firm flavor, and outstanding crispness. When served warm, it offers a smooth, deep flavor and lingering finish.
