This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from Yamadanishiki rice grown under contract in Hyogo Prefecture's Special A District, polished to 38% and blended with sake aged at ice-temperatures below 0°C for 1-2 years. It has a wonderful grapefruit-like aroma, a well-structured, smooth, deep flavor, and a rich, umami flavor. It is a classic masterpiece of Bon's Junmai Daiginjo sake.
