This brewery was founded in 1733 (the 18th year of the Kyoho era) and is located in Ono City, Fukui Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Hanagaki." Its philosophy is to "devote itself to handcrafting, carefully brew small quantities that can be monitored, and bring higher quality sake to the world," and it specializes in junmai sake.
