「花を見て歌を詠じ、月を見て歌を吟じる」四季の移ろいを味わい、風景とともに酒を楽しむ心を表す言葉「詠花吟月」から名付けられたお酒。福井県奥越地区で特別栽培された「さかほまれ」を使用した、うすにごりの無濾過生原酒です。
うっすらと澱を含む、春の淡雪のようなかすみ酒。口に含むと優しい旨味が広がり、次第に花開くような軽やかな躍動感を感じられる味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Fukui Prefecture/Tsuneyama Sake Brewery )

Founded in 1804, this brewery is located in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture. Its signature brand is "Tsuneyama." Using sake rice grown in the Miyama area of Fukui City, located almost in the center of the Reihoku region of Fukui Prefecture, and mineral-rich water sourced from the Hakusan water system, they create sake that is light and refreshing, yet brings out the full flavor of the rice, creating a "light and delicious" sake that expresses the "Echizen dry" style.
