This is a new unpasteurized sake from Tsuneyama's classic brand "Cho." As you'd expect from Tsuneyama's "Cho," it has a sharp mouthfeel and the flavor of soft rice. It also has the slight carbonation that only a direct-draw unpasteurized sake can have, bottled immediately after pressing, giving it an especially fresh feel.

Founded in 1804, this brewery is located in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture. Its signature brand is "Tsuneyama." Using sake rice grown in the Miyama area of ​​Fukui City, located almost in the center of the Reihoku region of Fukui Prefecture, and mineral-rich water sourced from the Hakusan water system, they create sake that is light and refreshing, yet brings out the full flavor of the rice, creating a "light and delicious" sake that expresses the "Echizen dry" style.
